3. Delivery Coverage

We currently offer shipping services across all cities in Pakistan. Remote or rural areas may take slightly longer due to courier network limitations.

4. Shipping Charges

Standard Shipping: Flat rate of Rs. 200 per order.
Free Shipping: Available for orders above Rs. 3,000.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or SMS. You can track your parcel directly on the courier partner’s website or by contacting us for live tracking assistance.

6. Delayed Deliveries

While we strive for on-time delivery, unforeseen delays may occur due to courier issues or extreme weather. In such cases, we will update you promptly via WhatsApp or phone.

7. Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package is damaged or missing upon arrival, please report it to us within 24 hours so we can investigate and resolve it promptly.
